Refund policy
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. To begin a return, please contact us with your order number and we’ll provide instructions.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unworn, unaltered, and free of new damage

Returned with all original packaging and accessories
Because each frame is authentic vintage deadstock and one-of-a-kind, a 10% restocking fee is deducted from approved returns. This fee covers inspection, cleaning, and reinventory.
Prescription Lenses:
Some frames may arrive with existing prescription lenses installed by the original optician or previous owner. These lenses are considered nonfunctional and should be replaced by your optician. Returns apply to the frame only.
Lens Installations After Purchase:
Any lenses or modifications made by an outside optician after purchase are the responsibility of the customer. Lens installations are non-refundable, and returns apply solely to the frame.
Shipping for Returns:
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Once the item is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method, minus the restocking fee and any shipping charges.
If you receive an item damaged in transit or significantly not as described, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.
